Pros
They have finally changed their name to NTT Data, their parent company. Hopefully, that will attract a more diverse group of people.
Cons
* Minimal Work/Life Balance * Management is more concerned about lining the pockets of partners than the well-being of employees * If you're not a Spaniard (as most of them are) you are treated as a second-class citizen, among them.
