Friday work until 3pm Coffee machine?

Low salaries. Really old techstack Bureaucracy everywhere (you need to fill in the hours that you spend working, on a chart) Upper management detach from reality No work from home days Desktop computers

Horrible Management , very limited communication to employees and different departments , have to beg for commission to be paid out , treated totally different to the Bailen office where edreams is located , HR & Recruitment lie about almost everything during the recruitment process , nothing is done for the team / office spirit unless you´re willing to initiate it or pay from your own wallet, no christmas party , dinner or bonus. Basically, if you want to work hard for a company that only takes and never gives and doesn´t appreciate it´s employees edreams odigeo is perfect for you.

Get paid by the end of the month...

Cons

Sales is the only focus and there is no Customer Experience project No vision on the long run and focus on the day to day work : Calls mainly People in charge of the call centers are there for 10 to 15 years and have no clue about management. All about control. I don't see any future in this company

We would like to confirm that each one of our offices, from HQ to Call Centers, and our colleagues working in these locations, are important for us. For this reason we have many ongoing projects aimed at improving your experience with us. One of them is the annual engagement survey that you have been invited to participate in. We gained valuable insights into what is working well, where we need to improve and we are relaying the feedback back to the business. As for our senior leadership and management we have a Management Program and the main goal of this training is to improve skills and capabilities to support managers build high performing teams that will drive business results.
