Office location and set-up, friday afternoons off

Cons

A very toxic environment where upper management feels good about being rude and threatening the employees. The compensation is super low and the turnover is HUGE! Dishonest and misleading practices to catch customers.

Everyone seems so kind It can look good on your CV has many cultures and values

Cons

If you don't get along well with the managers, if you don't try to make them love you, everything can go bad and you can find yourself at the door. and it may be because of your manager's personal egoistic attitude and not your job. Everyone in the company may seem very helpful, very fair, but nobody really cares about you, that's what your manager says. Polyanaism is played at all meetings, everything looks great, but it's not like that.

It seems HR is posting tons of fake good reviews... how low can a company fall? Management is a total disaster, all politics and lack of work recognition to best people in the teams, unless they are lazy mediocre friends of the managers. Culture is extremely toxic, people backstabing you and lying to get ahead, since they cannot do it with talent, knowledge, work ethics and experience. Stay away from this hell, you’ll thank me forever.
