      At least you don’t need to working on Sunday.

      Cons

      Everything. The project is terrible. There are many things you can't resolve with the client, and the metrics on this directly affect your performance. You work on holidays and aren't paid for it; it's overtime. They simply don't care if you're a good worker. You're just a number to them.
