Young environment and colleagues with strong bonds that created a good asmosphere. If all you are looking for is some experience, and a temporary job it may be good for you.

Cons

Poor middle management in most of the teams. Rather irrational decission-making. Hierarchy and obedience are often considered more important than fostering employee participation and ideas.

They say they are a User-centered Design company but they are really focused on the short-term money win. On the interview they explain they are research driven but they basically rely on quantitative data and qualitative data is useless to convince stakeholders at higher positions.

Cons

Team leaders with no management skills, corrupt, lack of transparency, no support from management, mobbing, hierarchy, no career path, Very negative and disappointing experience, too much bureaucracy, too many levels of management and departments, no coordination with customers support.
