- Really poor wages with only salary and performance-based bonus which the company makes as difficult as possible to achieve. No other perks and no overtime pay.
- No payrises. You have to fight for one by getting an offer elsewhere and threaten to leave. Quite often the company will just let you go.
- Company completely out of touch with employees. Recently gave themselves a large pat on the back for launching some non-financial award inititives aimed at boosting employee moral (actually laughable).
- Old fashioned business model and very slow in adopting (well-needed) changes.
- Focus on talent acquisition not retaining talent. People leave the company in droves as a result.
- Fast-paced, political, aggressive and competitive environment, driven by each team having different goals. Poor collaboration/communication as a result.
- Team leads/middle management that are either incompetent, bullies or both. No opportunity to give bottom up input for some well-needed feedback. Full transparency in hiring processes for normal employees, not the case for management.
- CEO that publicy humilliates employees in global updates.
- Huge workload and very stressful environment with more focus on quantity than quality. Pressure to deliver as quickly as possible making you almost feel bullied.
- False promises for your career path and stagnation due to specialisation because of hefty workload.
- No possibility of promotion due to too excess middle management.
- Company focus on fast results rather than long-term vision.
- Barely any training (reserved for management)/onboarding program poor (almost non-existent).
