      Getting better and better

      Pros

      The company has real potential and some excellent talent. There is so much to do and to shape which is a professional is a great opportunity to be able to influence and be part of. The offices are fantastic and the project we are working on are both challenging and intellectually stimulating.

      Cons

      The company comes form a start up environment and is in the process of developing into a more robust entity. This comes with challenges which initself are fantastic opportunities!

      I certainly agree with your perspective (and no - i did not write this review myself!). It is a very exciting time to be with the company right now. There are many changes going on and we are very proud of the company’s achievements!

      Felt like a start up company.

      Cons

      All the best people left, the others made redundant. Career changes difficult. Lack of coherent strategy, general confusion. Almost all projects closed and transferred to the low-cost Barcelona Office.
