      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are working hard to continuously improve our development offering for our employees. We also have many projects on going to improve our colleague’s experience of working within the company. One of our current projects is the annual employee engagement survey that you will have been invited to participate in. We are actually working on the survey results now and are gaining some valuable insights into what our colleagues want.

      Don't work in Madrid office.

      Pros

      You will get tons of knowledge if you luckily work with some people because there are some great tech talent.

      Cons

      There are some rude people who make sexist and racist jokes with the consent of the company. The office is the worst place I have been worked ever. It's dirty and dark. There is a huge brain drain. No remote work possible. Madrid doesn't matter to Barcelona, otherwise the office would be completely different.
