Can't think of any pro! The so-called office-vibe and flexi-working are nothing but hollow words i.e. pretending to care

Cons

Hire & Fire policy, Zero ethics, Zero work life balance, Excess Micromanagement. They fire their employees every 6 months in the name of restructuring.

- BEST culture/management ever, which motivates one to leave to seek a greener pasture (99.762% probability) - Young and fun (in the call center departments).

Cons

- Almost feels like Stalin's army. - Commands gets passed down the line, only. - Whole pile of rookie managers. - Terrible at managing your greatest resource: People!
