      Infinite-No respect for people's hardwork :Good opportunity of making extra money if you are flexible with overtimesor merit .Career progression is just for namesake,extremely reluctant about promoting/developing internal staff and favorism is in abundance.Bosses get their external references to fill out the positions and deserving people are rejected on vague/unreasonable grounds.Management misleads people with fasle promises and exploits them in their own interest .No care for people's well being,causes so much stress that it affects their health and personal life One realises their worth when they are offered better roles with great respect outside Covermore in equally competent organisations.
