You will find many cons in this company (1) A totally unprofessional company (2)Hire and fire policy (3)Blame game played everywhere (4)Management don't take seconds to throw you out of the company (5)Bad work culture (6)Decisions are taken by team that sits in Australia, who dont know anything what is happening in India (7)Hire Team leads who don't do anything and don't help team members, who latter blame team member to throw him out of the company (8)Seen 4 colleagues fired in 6 months for not performing with out any intimation. (9)No documentation of the project, so you will never know what is the project, at the end of the day, you will be asked to leave the company. (10) Favouritism, if you have good bond with anyone from Australia. you will be given good hike (11)Job Security is at the lowest (12)Performance review will be held every month and developer are abused for not performing, so that they can be sacked immediately (13) All in all, If you do not find job anywhere in this world or you love struggle in life come to this company (14) favorite peoples are appreciated. (15) That was the worst company in my career which I will never forget (16) Work assigned to you not according to the skill set for which you were hired (17)Late working hours, even if there is no work (18) No Induction (19) Even one star is more for this company
