      Nice facilities Friends co-workers Nice Commission structure

      Cons

      this is speaking to 2015; turnover of management the chain of command was highly rigid and my direct supervisor had very little latitude to question the directives from above and thus once targets became draconian and unattainable everybody's performance fell and so did sales figures

      Pros

      Initially there was a delightful small company feel while working there. Everyone had a can-do, whatever it takes to get it done attitude. The company leadership took very good care of the staff.

      Cons

      The company was acquired during my tenure and things changed. Process over productivity issues began to come into play; individuals' strengths were valued less.
