      Improve on communication skills, Assisting customer in terms of emergency situation, assistance cases and assisting in insurance purchase and inquiries.

      Cons

      Need to have an emphatic listening whilst dealing with difficult customer. Long working hours.

      > I have been associated with Cover-More group in IT department for almost 4 years. Its been tremendous journey so far. > India and Sydney teams are amazing and always comes forward whenever business or team required. > Lots of dedicated people who are really talented and hard working. > Team is always ready to support whenever required. All works together in case of priority/critical issue. > Sr. Managers and Leads regularly catch up to see the progress and if there is any assistance required. > Flexibility > Work-life balance
