Pros

UserTesting has a strong mission, an amazing product, talented people, and a customer-focused culture. I have had the opportunity to work with many committed colleagues over the years, including through the UserZoom integration and others, and the company continues to operate in a meaningful product category.

Cons

Like many companies that have grown, merged, and evolved, there have been periods of change that created complexity, shifting priorities, and organizational friction. Communication and alignment across teams and orgs can sometimes be improved.

There’s strong focus on product quality and innovation, and you get to work on meaningful challenges at scale while continuing to grow professionally.

Cons

At times, there’s a sense of uncertainty from management.

Pros

The people team at UserTesting is one of the best teams I ever worked with! Everyone is an expert in their own area, the leaders are caring and encouraging, and the company supports your professional development with learning stipends and resources.

Cons

Even though they’re making an effort, the executive team is not representing some minority groups. The C-Level and SLT could be a bit more diverse.
