Pros

My group was a lot of fun -- and we ended up pretty close. Part of that came from how hard we worked (which was too hard). During my time there, I learned a lot -- which I've been able to take with me. I made some good connections, and though I feel I could have stuck with it, I decided to take the leap to law school.

Cons

The company has a number of silos -- I felt like there were a ton of people there I only knew by face.

Some of the best people I've ever worked with, who became some of my closest friends to this day. I was able to fulfill my dreams of traveling to foreign Countries for business, while making my footprint in the largest city in the World. I received a ton of experience that I wouldn't have received anywhere else, and although you need to put in the hard work - Senior Management rewards the effort.

Cons

Hours can be long from time to time, but again it pays off. You're given responsibility, structure and put in a team like atmosphere - and it's up to you whether you sink or swim.
