Dedicated teams, coworkers hang out and go out together after work. Great experience for beginners in their careers.

Cons

Nowhere near 9-5 work day. Long days, long hours. Typical NYC fast-paced environment and work culture.

Young, driven, fun colleagues and great growth potential. It's a place where hard work is definitely noticed and rewarded. There will definitely be difficulties but if you show that you're willing to invest yourself and you have a desire to advance in your career, the company will find a way to make it work for you, whether it be through increased support in your current role or working with you to find a position that fits your needs better. Also it's a great place in terms of travel and relocation opportunity.

Cons

Specifically in Production, you won't have your standard 9-5 hours, there will definitely be late nights. However I have seen more of an effort from upper management to acknowledge and decrease what can sometimes be heavy workloads.
