Overall, good place to work and quite secure. Money is ok towards quite good.

Bonuses are quite good and proportional with the amount of success in handling the projects. You get public recognition when achieving outstanding results

Cons

You end up doing many hours of overtime in order to finish projects. Promotions are somehow slow. Salary raises are sometimes not big enough

Some branches of the company are very innovative and truly do put out a quality product that meets customer expectations.

Cons

Some branches of the company are unethical and inefficient, so some employees needlessly work 70 hours a week and there is a lot of turnover. In some branches, jobs are placed based on vendor cost alone with no attention paid to the linguist's suitability for the job.

They love hiring fresh talent and recent grads so they can train them to do things their way

Cons

I was in the AP Ops department and it's very understaffed. The company needs to hire more people. The AP ops Manager I had was a bit difficult to work for as well. This manager is busy talking sometimes and then complains when they have to stay until 7 to finish their work. They also expect their team of 2 people (for a huge Fortune 500 company with offices scattered through the US...not the mention the many overseas offices) to stay late to finish things. This is okay if you're hourly, but staying these hours everyday was not a requirement and they put the pressure on you to stay. This manager also turns small things into big ones.
