      You'll find that many people here are extremely friendly and eager to do interesting work.

      Cons

      1. Black employees make less than their white and asian counterparts. They don't have objective criteria for promotions. It's all subjective, and manager play favorites. TOXIC AND RACIST PLACE! 2. Also, the senior employees below the CEO are all from China and are the ones calling the shots.

      None. The only pro is the salary bar is not low. However, they seldom increase the salary.

      Cons

      The Whole E-commerce Team is tocix. The admin team provide a newly decorated office which has a lot of smell. Some pregnant colleagues are working there! TikTok is killing the next generation.

      - challenge task if you are in the right team - salary is high - company has abundant resources (e.g. business trip is easy to apply for)

      Cons

      - 80 % documents are really bad written and maintained, many internal services have no proper document. which lead inefficiency - no infrastructure as code concept - not respect staffs who cannot speak Chinese (most of documents, meeting s are in Chinese) - can be overtime severely depends on your direct manager and team - engineer practice is really bad in some of teams (only 10 unit testing, no API document for a legacy system with 500 APIs and 200 tables)
