Pros

Free lunch, great health and dental benefits, decent work-life balance

Cons

Poor and inexperienced team-level management. Harassment and bullying are not punished creating a toxic environment. Baseless favoritism. No performance assessment structure, creating a competitive work culture. Doesn't pay enough to live comfortably in Dublin.

Pros

- Decent for a first job in the corporate world. - Shiny name to brag about in your CV. - Employee benefits like a free meal on duty, gym membership, and dental. - Flexibility to work from home for 3 days. - Team activity vouchers to order a lunch once a month with your colleagues.

Cons

Where do I start! - Extremely toxic work place. You are constantly put against moderators and SMEs and HAVE to prove that your point of view is right otherwise yours is "Failed" and theirs is "Successful" and your efficiency will be affected. It is exhausting and toxic. They put people against each other. You are always seen as the bad person it creates a sense of resentment between teams. - Toxic competition between colleagues because your performance ( salary) is based on how well you have done against other peers. - Salaries are way below market for the same job title and skills. - The salary changes after 6 months of working in the position if you make an internal move and your salary adjustment are solely based on your performance, the change is less than what you make as moderator if you work weekend shifts and night shifts. - There is no room for growth for your skills to be able to find jobs into new departments within the company because you are pigeonholed as (trust and safety). - Most new job openings are limited for Dublin, leaving the rest without chances to grow professionally unless they are willing to relocate. - Constant clarification changes and too many Work documents that are ambiguous to work with. difficult to keep up. - Constant new processes implimented in a rushed way without taking into account how it would affect the efficiency. - Low retention of talented staff.

Pros

- Annual 2.5k flexi-allowance to be used on gym memberships, medical not covered by company insurance, etc. - People are nice if you are lucky to have a good team

Cons

- Many meetings during non-office hours, sometimes 9-11pm timings (but depends on your scope) - Existing employees have to go through the same process as external candidates if looking for internal mobility - Reorganisation of teams/departments every 6 months - No discussion of salary expectations. After final interview I was requested to provide last 6 months' payslips, and the offer was based off that amount, non-negotiable. - No stock options/RSUs/etc.
