      Everything, poor culture, no work life balance, toxic working environment, no flexibility, employees obliged to return to office, with only couple of days from home (your manager has to approve which days)

      - Excellent product - Work Life Balance is well respected - Steep learning curve, and incredible exposure to senior decision makers

      Cons

      - Unrealistic sales targets, where it’s impossible to overachieve and your effort is never enough. - This is not a generous company. You come to do your job and that’s it. Raises are rare, spot bonuses are rigged, and do not expect to take all your commission home.
