Pros

Benefits were good, the other employees and managers were awesome and nice to work with! Lovely people, and I did work remotely.

Cons

The training was extremely slow yet, not at all informative. I Trained with about 40 other people. Most felt they needed a slower training process or that it simply didn’t make sense. By the end most of us still didn’t know half of what customers were asking for or how to get to it. The training managers also kept giving us different information, we had all taken notes but still managers couldn’t agree on how it was supposed to be done. Training was also half spent on getting to know eachother and the higher ups, it took up 2hrs of training a day sometimes. Also, constantly having customers call to check their claims and the claims were never made.

Pros

Positive aspects of role include logging off for the day.

Cons

Pretty much everything is a con. Worst is knowing you are working for a criminal, morally bankrupt company that denies medical claims of pediatric oncology patients.
