Worked remote, people are mostly nice.

Cons

I spent a year at Cigna on the digital platform team, contributing to both React Native and React web projects. The environment was very chaotic, with low-quality code and a lack of skill among many developers. There seemed to be a general indifference to these issues. No real PR reviews.

Typical corporate attitude. They are great at gaslighting you, changing your job role, and changing your hours. I have worked here for 7 years and each year they have gotten worse and taken more away from employees all while demanding perfection.
