Pay is good

Pros

Only reason I’m still here is there are still some remote positions, mine being one of them, and the pay I saw my uppers get laid off- so no incentives to move up, work harder and no future besides just grinding for your bonus every year

Cons

Micromanagement Sadistic staggered layoffs to scare you into working harder Health insurance plans suck which is ironic Cigna’s bad reputation becoming more well known, makes it hard to connect with patients, have to overcome that low trust, especially when their life saving treatments are being denied

Pros

They have flexible schedules for work and life balance.

Cons

Management is horrible. No goals or expectations set for the department. With FOW focus, less opportunity for career opportunities with remote work going away.
