Pros

Cigna has some great and very intelligent employees. Fortune 12 leverage with WFH policy that allows for flexibility.

Cons

Leadership. Or lack there of. Managing Directors getting paid mid 6 figures take no accountability for poor employee satisfaction surveys. Cash bonus instead of increase in salary after years of intervention work. Multiple High Band 5 and Band 6 leaders bullying lower level colleagues in some cases resulting in the employee quitting. Subjective performance reviews conducted by highest level leadership with no feedback nor improvement deliverables designed to be able to continue rewarding highest paid, long tenure employees and allowing poor, tactical, micro-managing, unknowledgeable Managing Directors and VPs independently lead their teams into mass chaos, long hours and even health related issues stemmed from the absolutely insincere, high school culture.

Pros

Flexible schedule ,work from home, opportunities for growth, and base pay is more than most companies

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors , excessive workload, making too many changes that are unnecessary, even though there are opportunities for growth they don’t like to move people up much

Pros

Great place to work, good benefits day one, awesome perks like phone bill discounts and 401k, PTO/PST and paid holidays. You feel like you make a difference in people's lives. Training lasts for almost 2 months.

Cons

It's a healthcare industry and very stressful. You are dealing with patients on a daily basis and there's a limit to what you are able to do to help them. That means people are sometimes screaming, cursing or crying at you.
