Pros

I had one supervisor that helped me in getting unexpected time off covered

Cons

You are expected to perform a "script" without sounding scripted. You are "required" to follow up with customers but granted no time to do so, and penalized when you have too many pending follow ups. When asking for assitance, you are given minimal effort from someone with less experience than you. Your performance expectations are unattainable, and it is impossible to meet a standard set by people who have never worked on the front lines of the call center,

Pros

-The company is WAH full-time -Super inclusive -We get to pick our start time up until 9:00am -Get a good amount of sick and holiday pay

Cons

-New York Life is wanting us to switch to work in the office -Work life balance is SUPER difficult due to the high work load -You can only use 1 week of holiday pay at a time unless. So, taking a 2 week vacation, you have to get special permission -Didn't get a raise this year due to NYL merge
