Pros

Employee Benefits (health & dental insurance, pension plan, meals vouchers) Company's Values. Engaging activities regarding health and charities

Cons

Salaries are low. Size of the company does not allow any career progression or career moves. Do not pay extra hours and is very common to have long working days (as many others companies in Spain).
