The quality of the people in truly exceptional. You get to work with the best of the best and to learn new skills every day. Never before did I experience an environment where every person in the team is a rockstar. It's like Disneyland of smart people.

Cons

This type of environment and high bar can be overwhelming, intimidating and often stressful. People who are used to be top performers at their previous job might find it difficult to suddenly become "average". And if you're below average, you will not survive for long.
