Great Benefits, Competitive Salary, cutting edge of telemedicine, everyone knew what Teledoc did, not a no-name competitor

Cons

Bad communication from top down, If you don't work in TX or NY, you are a no name. Too many conference calls about "nothing" . Legacy Tdoc people were never happy... Too many wonderful and talented people let go when they buy companies to fill in the gaps of what they do not offer. Do not create and develop, only buy and fill in - culture is harsh, and not a good fit for most outside companies

Call center 24/7 must work Saturday and Sunday, but Supervisor can have weekend off, and do not want anyone on the floor over 30 years old expectly female.

Cons

Males does not work weekend and not pass 6pm, and never on Sunday and Monday.
