Good team experience and workload was manageable for a good work life balance.

Cons

No opportunities to grow within the two years I worked here. Management changed every few months and so many folks from leadership were one foot out the door. Random layoff out of nowhere after seemingly nothing having gone wrong and a positive team review with the director. Makes it feel like everyone is easily dispensable.

Remote Work and compensation is good.

Cons

Run from this organization! The clinicians have many complaints regarding leadership and low pay. I am on the corporate side of the business. The executive leadership team is awful - a lack of transparency, collaboration, trust, professional maturity, and accountability. The culture breeds gossip, fear, and disrespect. There is low morale, high turnover, and a workforce that operates in survival mode rather than in service of shared goals. There is no work-life balance, you are expected to work 70+ hours a week.

Great fellow Dev engineers providing some cool next gen services

Cons

Got laid off this month after working hard for years. Layoffs every quarter make job security a joke. Favoritism is everywhere and hard work means nothing. Only people close to management get ahead. It’s a toxic place and I wouldn’t recomend working here.
