Teladoc Health reviews

I just started with the company and I already love it, I’ll update this review in time. All the supervisors have been very helpful, you can already tell who takes heir job serious and who doesn’t, one of them jut wants to goof around and can’t seem to teach you anything but the rest we’re grilling us on questions and made us take notes! The training is fairly easy a little boring at times. We definitely get thrown off subject a lot some people were sleeping!! Like what? We just started people! Other than that we already got cute cups, free breakfast and lunch! And we also got free pizza! Everyone is nice and friendly! I’m so excited to be with Teladoc. I hope my team is #1 :)

There is a lot of freedom for taking initiative, coming up with ideas and executing on them. Management is very open and seems to be forgiving when things don't go right, as long as you did your best and gave your best shot. Very nice work environment and people (no ego!). Recently, there's an effort to provide more transparency both inside my business unit ("ask me anything" sessions) and across the corporation (video-based town halls with top executives) which makes people feel more connected and valued. It looks like the business strategy is working as the company is growing rapidly (which is also reflected by the stock price!)
