In 2020 due to COVID, we had to transition our supervisors and member service employees to work remotely and it sounds like the people connection was lost in your transition. Pros

TELADOC ‘s concept in amazing. Telemedicine is an awesome concept for members / patients to reach doctors virtually.

Cons

Too much emphasis on percentages, such as adherence. Penalized for receiving an incoming call and assisting member thoroughly and then get negative points for not sticking to scheduled adherence. It should always be about the member and their needs. Too much emphasis on stats. Horrible schedules.
