Great co-workers and products that can really help people, when they work.

Cons

Highest levels of leadership are sub par. Bought a highly successful company and drastically overpaid, leading to multiple rounds of layoffs over the past year. Technical issues galore, burnout levels are high. Trying to convert 2 separate lines of business into one application while also converting internal systems of 2 legacy organizations into one system has caused nothing but problems. Mass layoffs have impacted all teams, causing there to be too much work for the number of folks that still have a job. Systems are broken, clients are growing increasingly frustrated. It is an absolute mess there right now.

A very good team of psychologists, managed by two very professional team leaders.

Cons

Constant changing, To cover financial loss, they make good psychologists redundant while they are so many clients in need to be supported. Please stay away from this company.
