Management don't really care about Employees especially Manager whom I worked with I was laid off without proper notice and manager even did not contact me to let me know that I am laid off HR contacted me and she did not even care about what I have to say. Shame on company and Manager to behave in such a awkward manner. Manager never kept their words of what was promised to me at the beginning people based on their tenure with company are given priority about leaves and what's going on within company
