Pros

I worked for Akra sorgun in Side, Türkiye. The only pros was meeting positive guests and making them happy on their holiday.

Cons

The cons are many. But the TUI team (activity team) was absolutely a joke! That awful team was extremly direspectful and without morals, which caused an uneasy work environment. Swear word, bad language, bad behaviour, talking behind one anothers back was just some of the things that happened behind closed doors in Akra Sorgun Sensatori acitvity team. Also the schedule was a joke too! I had to work for 14 hours straight, 4 times a week! How is this acceptable?

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the importance of balancing work schedules with personal needs. However, due to the operational requirements of cabin crew duties, it isn’t always possible to offer the same level of flexibility across all shifts. We recognise that these situations can be challenging and remain committed to supporting our employees throughout the process . Best wishes from the TUI Employer Brand Social Media Team
