Cons
- you are the top 1 and best performer, you got a promotion after interviews, asessments and evaluations but they decide to freeze your process and leave you to dry just because, so you hang in there as if nothing hapened. - if you complain about your boss (TL) he or she will repremend you every time he gets (I was yelled at and this made me insecure toward my boss) so it's a vicious circle so BAD MANAGEMENT of course, everyone will notice but no one will do anything (I was never bullied in school but I got the taste of it in this company) - your holidays are manipulated without your consent - don't even dare to reach HR because your boss will tell you it's a mistake and your boss will not respect the law, in fact he will make his own rules. - it matters most if you make friends at the afterworks that if you have any merit because of your own work. last but not least, I call it an Erasmus company because you get to work some days from home in your pijamas, people sleep with one another, it's common to get waisted together and it's an ongoing party. Formality? you won't find it here
