      My experience at Teleperformance was very positive. One of the most professional call centers out there.

      Pros

      The building maintenance is top-notch, it LOOKS like a nice place to work. The upper management is very friendly and knows a lot of the employees on a first-name basis. They also higher a lot from within the company, so the supervisors and other leaders are people who have general employee experience and are very relatable.

      Cons

      Honestly, the largest challenge for me with Teleperformance had to do with the different clients I worked for. Teleperformance itself was a very positive work environment.

      Pros

      The training was done real well. We was in training for eight weeks which was the longest ever they had informed us. The building itself is set up real nice alone with security officer when you walk in.

      Cons

      I was working around a lot of females and there was always fighting and bickering. I asked manager why do they hire majority of females for this project and she could not ask the question. The managers are very unprofessional and do not know how to approach or talk to there agents.
