Cons

Would like to see more focus on linear training and agent inclusion when onboarding new clients...... Think about that..... ';-)

One of the best companies I have ever worked for. Great work culture, perfect work life balance. Management encourages you to learn new skills. Teleperformance is at the forefront of new systems and technology.

Very good company, friendly management, good support from leadership, work from home is available, flexibility in shifts, non-toxic and inclusive environment

Cons

Only negative is that salary is a little bit on the lower side.
