Pros

Very ready to apply, easy to interview very nice people. My tattoos and facial piercings do not matter.

Cons

Told to bring a notebook to training. Cannot even bring a pen. From office did not correct paperwork or say anything.

Pros

If you are in a good campaign its great. I all comes down to what campaign you are working on. If the client is laid back you can work comfortably. You will work a lot, but I personally like to work and been able to do so in a safe environment is great.

Cons

Bad campains are really bad. I haven't worked myself on one of them, but i heard there are a couple that are really bad.
