Pay is decent for a customer service role

Cons

Poor coaching and feedback were given. No clear communication, everything is communicated in the last minute. Very disorganized. Every manager gives you different versions of the information. HR is a joke. Their infrastructure is poor and outdated.

Pros

Work from home. The company is so chaotic you can get away with certain things.

Cons

complete garbage, training postponed cause IT kept sending wrong equipment. Trainer was openly negative about the company. Lots of favoritism . If youre a certain race you will have an easier time. They dont seem to have any competent staff whether it be the help desk or supervisors. They use a multitude of complicated systems that never work right and it takes forever for management to do anything about it .
