Cons

After-hours work, overworked employees, too many business group silos, out of date tools, not agile to change, high turnover, process gaps, internal department competition/cannibalism/restructuring

Great pay/benefits and awesome co workers.

Cons

Micro managing, bullying by management, ridiculous survey result expectations, constant increase of workload with no pay increases, sales targets pushed onto non sales positions. EVERY single contract bargaining we have had more and more taken away from us. Very toxic environment. This WAS a great place to work until about 3 or 4 years ago and things have steadily gotten worse and worse. I wouldn't recommend that anyone work here if they value their sanity.

The pay and benefits are great if you don't mind putting up with the politics.

Cons

Everything else. The management are clicky and if they dont like you, they will use under handed tactics to get rid of you. Every thing is monitored, you get in trouble if you want to use the bathroom on shift.
