      Great work life balance Some opportunities to work from home Pay was pretty good

      -You're only a number -You could be a key person one day and the next laid off and your job /position has been sent overseas. -They don't care about keeping jobs/ positions within Canada only interested in their own pockets. -More and more local employees are getting laid off daily to be find out their positions will be taken over by overseas employees .. paid at a much lower rate.

      Poorly educated management Corrupt management Outdated management Inability to communicate Unwillingness to change Terrible IT set up Retention level of staff is embarrassing. Bulgaria needs positive input, Telus' management is certainly not helping to improve the image of the country. Missed chances all around.

      - Perfect management within the QA, CEA department - Professional colleagues within the department

      Cons

      - Payroll and Administration within Bulgaria Mall office are very unprofessional within their work and have absolutely no professional attitude towards employees. Many times these ladies made mistakes within my and other collegues' payslips and salary related situations. The rudeness of the ladies goes over the top. On the other hand their colleagues working in Telus Tower are very good professionals. - No professional attitude towards lower ranked employees - Human Right violations and racism is a normal thing within the company - Sometimes it felt like an American High School
