Colleagues with whom you share lunch. Trauma bonded people.

Cons

-Gossipping -Politics -Petty People -Bad management because someone didn't tell these guys that good salespeople does not mean good manager. - Extreme micromanagement down to the minute - 'welcum 2 teluz biznus solusan' also known as Telus International Channel care which will speak absolutely no english. - Takes a toll on mental health. Absolutely bad work from home policy.

good base pay and if you work past your probation you will be paid when laid off!

Cons

"Most of the department will eventually be laid off due to horrendous mismanagement. The VP and upper management are trying to compensate for their incompetence with raw power. There’s no work-life balance, and nobody cares about your opinion. You’ll never be promoted here—they only see you as a calling machine. I used to love working here, but now it feels like a sinking ship. The only real upside is that you'll walk away with a big check when they finally 'let you go.'

Most of the non-management level employees are talented, dedicated and supportive. Good job with recruiting amazing talents.

Cons

Speaking of the management level... it's the worst, most horrible and inhumane place that you can think of. Employees are not appreciated if hard work is not reflected on numbers. Also, next level mind blowing micro-management and gaslighting toxic culture with limited pay can fully destroy you.
