Extremely toxic and manipulative leadership (SMB 1-30) & (30-100). Basically the strategy is to hire immigrants and extract as much work from them till they either quit or lay them off due to "poor performance". You are entitled to vacation but will make it extremely difficult to use it. You definitely have to be liked by management and agree and do as they say so that you get some good leads. If you are not liked you will definitely be getting recycled leads that have been dialed 1000 times before. Constant new rules being added everyday, that will be followed for a month and then some new rule will be implemented. You will also constantly get the run around with management and try to get in your head and manipulate you to work on weekends and will get looked down upon as if you do not have a life outside of work if you do not contribute.
