      Pros

      The best part of working at Telus is the flexibility to work from home. My team members and many other teams are helpful and have a no-ego approach.

      Cons

      - Chaotic levels of organizational restructuring and high turnover especially within security. - Pay is below the market. Wage's frozen for 2 years. Bonus continue to shrink. - Lack of career progression. HR/Leadership asleep at the wheel. - Relies on a time-served model - rewarding lifers over an individual's skills and knowledge. Very bro culture.

      Good facility Flexible work hours Nice elevators If you want a bot job and considered as a slave, that's the right place for you !

      Cons

      Chicken farm method of recruitment. Very difficult to get a promotion. Still following the rule "friend of the manager" and manager's favorite, Low management doesn't really care about your results as you are considered a bot, and a number. Only your mistakes will be taken into consideration, your achievements will be ignored if you aren't close to the manager. Highly qualified people shouldn't consider working for Telus International at Sofia. You will be at the same level as a high school graduate.

      Pros

      A lot of positions with different languages, because people are constantly leaving the company.

      Cons

      The management is treating the lower level agents as slaves. The worst attitude I have seen in my life. Basically for them you are nothing more than a pawn that can be replaced, so they will not even bother to make you feel better, although this is what they constantly are trying to make you think they are doing. Salaries are average, but they want you to be thankful constantly as if you are not working but they are giving it to you by the goodness of their heart.
