Pros
the benefits are better than any where else, the culture and my co-workers, the nature of the business is fresh and exciting and the growth opportunities are great. the communication is great and the internal website is a great place for informaiton. my well being is cared about and the benefits are there for a healthier lifestyle. Telus obviously cares about a healthy workforce.
Cons
a little person in a humongous corporation, sometimes there is a feeling of being inconsequential, the budgetary constraints on non sales units is harsh and seems unfair, even to those that help make the moola. the internal processes take entirely to long and the politicalness of the officeout east is very uncomfortable. if you are member out west you get more opportunities for other thing than out east.
