The base pay was very decent considering the prerequisites for the position and the training was very in-depth. Incredible advantages and pleasant working environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, It was very repetitive.

Overall great company and good work life balance. Opportunities to move within the company with only learned experience

Cons

More training for managers. Salaries should be fair and comparable to industry standards. It's a shame that you have to leave the company to get a significant increase
