A solid company with excellent strategic direction Makes a concerted effort to establish a positive corporate culture Opportunities tend to be conferred upon higher performers

Cons

Very large, and there are some pockets where old telco values still hold sway pay is somewhat below the average for the industry, though higher benefits make back some of that difference.
