      Great culture but overly complex organizational structure

      Pros

      Amazing culture and amazing talented people to work with. Management focused on their clients and likelihood to recommend externally, and genuinely focused on developing their employees internally.

      Cons

      Too many overlapping responsibilities and accountabilities in an overly complex organizational structure .. With many gaps still to be recognized. Also, too many systems for the same function that need to be streamlined.

      Pros

      Work / Life Balance is one of the best. TELUS is extremely supportive to it's employees and family members. Very active in the community. Great stock plan for all team members. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Excellent training for both hourly and salary employees.

      Cons

      TELUS uses a Bell Curve to treat salary which is very unfair as cost of living adjustments are not made. Average rated team members can go years without treatment
