Pros

Workstyle work from home perk, flexibility, and a lot of internal opportunities available. It is a performance-based company where if you work hard you'll get rewarded.

Cons

Salary is only meeting industry standard. Telus isn't willing to invest in systems and tools, and there are a lot of workaround processes or quick-win tools developed to meet the business needs.

frontline mgmt & Exec mgmt is great, flexible work options are appreciated, no lack of of work or challenging opportunities, employees discounts for Optik are nice

Cons

middle mgmt (directors/VPs) seem to be out of touch, and not willing to listen to compelling underlying reasons for dissatisfaction. A lot of incompetence and slop is tolerated and this drags the entire organization backwards. If you want to advance in careers, many managers telling staff to leave TELUS
