Pros

Good casual culture and they even encourage you to work from home. Good to work at for a short term period (3-5 years max)

Cons

Management tends to pick favorites. They pay less than the competitors and they try to string along employees and avoid giving raises or promotions for as long as they can.

Pros

Good benefits, some good people stuck in a terrible organization.

Cons

Lower level management only wants to advanced their own career. They had no concern for customers and their direct reports. They are absolutely clueless.
